Meditating in nature is so much different then indoors in my opinion. I was inspired to paint “Living in the Moment” to be present similar to when I meditate. The lotus pattern is inspired by the lotus position in mediation. The colors of the sunsets inspired me to paint with colors in the order of chakras.

Crown - Violet

Third Eye - Indigo

Throat - Blue

Heart - Green

Solar Plexus - Yellow

Sacral - orange

Root - red
