Inspired by an experience

I had my first experience with plant medicine in the desert. I looked up at the sky and saw all kinds of patters in the sky. At the time, I could only explain to look like a cobweb in the sky. When I got older, I realized that patterns looking very similarly to the flower of life. Although the colors don’t represent it fully. This was the first of a few paintings I did inspired by this experience.

This was also the first painting I sold and it was in Olympia, WA. I had my prints of a few paintings in the shop and rented out a small space in “Gallery Boom” on Martin Way in downtown. A lady was so interested in a print of this particular piece that she found me on instagram and DM to buy the original. I felt so honored that someone had reached out to me to buy the original of the print. I sold it for $50 since I was a beginner and meet her at the nearest park. I thanked her so much in person and to this day am thankful.
